Account & Registration

Creating your okplus account is quick and straightforward. Head to the okplus website and click the Register button. You will be asked to provide:

  • Your full name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
  • A valid mobile number (Philippine number)
  • Date of birth (you must be 21 years or older)
  • A secure password of your choice

After submitting the registration form, you will receive a one-time PIN (OTP) on your mobile number to verify your account. Once verified, you can log in and start exploring the okplus platform.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on okplus. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations. okplus enforces this through age declaration during registration and mandatory KYC identity verification for all accounts.

No. Each player is permitted to hold only one okplus account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as multi-accounting) is a serious violation of the okplus Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent banning of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the Forgot Password feature on the login page to recover access to your existing account.

To reset your password, go to the okplus Login page and click Forgot Password. Enter your registered mobile number or email address, and okplus will send you a verification code. Enter the code, then set a new password.

For security, choose a strong password that is at least 8 characters long and includes a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Never share your password with anyone — okplus staff will never ask for your password.

Some account details — such as your contact number and email address — can be updated directly from your Account Settings page after logging in. However, core identity details (full name, date of birth) that are tied to your KYC verification cannot be changed without contacting okplus support, as these must match your government-issued ID.

To request a change to verified identity details, contact the okplus support team with a valid reason and supporting documentation.

Identity Verification (KYC)

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws. It ensures that okplus can confirm your identity, verify your age (21+), and protect your account from unauthorized access. Verified accounts also enjoy higher deposit and withdrawal limits.

okplus accepts the following Philippine government-issued IDs for identity verification:

  • PhilSys National ID
  • Philippine Passport
  • LTO Driver's License
  • UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
  • SSS, GSIS, or PRC ID
  • Voter's ID

Deposits

okplus supports the following deposit methods for Filipino players:

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). okplus does not accept cryptocurrency or credit card deposits.

The minimum deposit on okplus is ₱100 for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer minimums may vary depending on your bank's own transfer limits. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though daily limits may apply based on your account tier.

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your okplus account instantly in most cases. Bank transfers may take a few minutes to a few hours depending on your bank's processing time. If your deposit has not reflected after 2 hours, contact okplus support with your transaction reference number.

okplus does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees. Check with your payment provider for details on any applicable charges on their end.

Withdrawals

To withdraw from okplus, log in to your account and navigate to Wallet > Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure your account is KYC-verified and your withdrawal method matches the name on your okplus account.

Withdrawal processing times on okplus:

  • GCash / Maya: Typically within a few minutes to 2 hours
  • Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on your bank

Withdrawals submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer due to additional security checks.

The minimum withdrawal amount on okplus is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification for security purposes.

Common reasons for withdrawal rejection include:

  • Incomplete KYC verification
