01 About This Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how okplus ("okplus," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information about individuals ("you," "your," or "Player") who access or use the okplus online gaming platform, including the website at okplus.app and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

okplus is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all players, particularly those based in the Philippines. okplus does not collect sensitive personal information beyond what is strictly necessary for identity verification and regulatory compliance. We do not collect biometric data, health information, or political affiliations.

03 How We Collect Data

okplus collects personal data through the following means:

• Direct interactions: Data you provide when registering an account, completing KYC verification, making deposits or withdrawals, contacting support, or participating in promotions;

If you request deletion of your account, okplus will delete or anonymize your personal data subject to any overriding legal or regulatory retention obligations. Certain data may be retained in anonymized form for statistical and analytical purposes.

11 Children & Minors

The okplus Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. okplus does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If okplus becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the Platform, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 14.

okplus employs age verification procedures during the registration process and reserves the right to request additional proof of age at any time. Providing false information about your age during registration is a serious breach of the okplus Terms & Conditions and may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

The okplus Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. okplus is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party websites. This Policy applies solely to data collected by okplus through the Platform.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit. The inclusion of a link to a third-party website does not constitute an endorsement by okplus of that website or its privacy practices.

13 Changes to This Policy

okplus reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
