As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, okplus may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate. Accepted documents include government-issued Philippine identification such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or UMID card.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, okplus's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall okplus's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okplus account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
